Bioinformatics

Bioinformatics is a branch of biology.  Bioinformatics is a new field of biology, under which acquisition of bioinformatics, storage, processing, analysis, distribution, interpretation etc. In this work, the techniques of biology, information technology and mathematics are used. We can also say here that this is a combination of computer and information technology science

Through this it is done specifically to make changes in the genes of a plant, to locate the jeans group responsible for the life-threatening disease, aid in the drug creation etc. About the establishment of bioinformatics, Paulien Hogeweg and Ben Hasper thought in the year 1970 and brought the topic of bioinformatics to the world. Presently applications related to computer pattern recognition, data mining, machine learning algorithms and visualization are being used. Through this, it is being used in gene discovery, genome assembly, drug design, drug discovery, protein structure alignment, protein structure prediction etc. Bioinformatics or computational biology is the application of computer technology to the use of information technology or management and analysis of biological data in the field of proprietary biology. In this, computer is used to compile, store, analyze and combine biological data. It is an emerging interdisciplinary research area, and its use is increasingly used to increase the quality of life. The ultimate goal of bioinformatics is to use biological information hidden in chain, structure literature and other biological data and to use it to raise the level of human life.
